Exploring Business/Clothing Industry

     I didn't have an extensive knowledge of how the clothing industry operated, so I learned a lot by reading the article. One thing that shocked me is how precise the distribution of clothes is. No matter where the clothes are, they must pass through "the cube" which is the base of the business. There is a specific day and time when the clothes are ordered and delivered. One of my questions would be, why do the clothes have to pass through the main location before being shipped? I researched this question, and the most common answer would be for quality check. The distribution centers want to make sure the quality of the clothes and merchandise are acceptable.
